I don’t often comment on articles in other magazines, but in a week when we have been a victim to a retailer not looking at long-term sustainability, an article in this week’s Grocer caught my eye.

When we think of the Climate Emergency, we perhaps think of changing weather patterns, the polar ice cap melting and animal habitats changing.

I am asking you this week to apply pressure to your company to join Cotswold Fayre and many other businesses in declaring a climate emergency.

With the Tory leadership race now down to the last two and campaigning in full swing, I thought I would look at leadership this week.

I was in a room twice within the last two weeks when everyone has been asked to name someone who has inspired them.

This will be my final blog in the series following our very successful environmental conference a few weeks ago now.
