Another popular gift at Gog Magog, Lydia says, “They contain six packs of their fantastic popcorn, as well as hats and Christmas jokes, so they are great to take to parties!”

Caroline Miller, senior buyer at Ludlow Food Centre explains, “We find that traditional gifting items are always incredibly popular, so we sell an awful lot of hampers. Also, we sell lots of our own handmade preserves and pickle gift sets in the run up to December 25th.”

Caroline at Ludlow Food Centre also notices that retro-style sweets are foodie favourites, stating, “Sweeties and chocolate continue to gets the thumbs up. We have retro packs of classic confectionery which are great little stocking fillers. These include candy canes, chocolate penguin lollipops and chocolate Santa figurines. The favourite is still the classic bag of chocolate gold coins.”
