  • Later this month, the Taste of the West Trade Show 2009 will host the perfect cuppa, exclusively for hospitality and retail outlets.

Devonshire Tea has been three years in the brewing and is targeted directly at independent, high quality hospitality and retail outlets. Not only an ideal ingredient for cafes, hotels, delis or restaurants serving Cream Teas, Devonshire Teas’ cost effective gift and souvenir packs will, crucially, enable such outlets to generate additional revenue through encouraging greater in-store customer spend, with customers literally having the option to take the tea away with them. For retail outlets, these same packs will provide a unique and regional focused product for tourist and residents alike to enjoy.

The branding, packaging and website incorporates a distinct Devon county focussed message and visuals, promoting the county and Devonshire Cream Teas to tourists and residents alike.

Planning to launch nationally in September 2009, interested trade buyers can meet the Devonshire Tea team at the Taste of the West Trade Show 2009 alongside more than 150 other exhibitors including quality preserve and jam maker Forrest products; the innovative Cornish Sea Salt company; Cornish sausage producer, Ansome Bangers and luxury Devon ice cream maker, Clovelly Ice Cream.

The event will take place at Exeter’s Westpoint Arena on Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st March 2009. Visit www.tasteofthewesttradeshow.co.uk for more information, or call Hale Events on 01934 733433.
