Harrods Unveils Gruyère Window

The displays plan to showcase the craftsmanship, provenance and beauty of a number of food products including Le Gruyère AOP, Parmigiano Reggiano and Laurent-Perrier.

Throughout the duration of the displays, exclusive tastings will be taking place in-store.

Alex Wells Greco, head of visual merchandising at Harrods said, “As this is first time that the Food Halls have had full ownership of the Hans Crescent windows, we wanted to create something that would truly illustrate the workmanship and artistry that goes in to our most celebrated food and beverage products.”

Helen Daysh of Gruyère AOP said, “It’s fantastic that Harrods has included Gruyère AOP in the first ever spring window display to feature the very best luxury food brands. We have supplied Harrods for many years, using the same time honoured recipe to produce a 100% natural, lactose and gluten free cheese that is guaranteed to be top quality and very versatile.”

“Gruyère AOP was first recorded in the mountains of Switzerland in 1115 so with Harrods opening in 1834 we jointly celebrate over a thousand years of traditional expertise in producing and showcasing one of the worlds finest cheeses.”
