  • The renowned London retailer has unveiled its food hall's fresh new look, as well as nine new additions to its range of 'food concepts'

London-based butcher Turner & George is the new face of the butchery counter and fishmonger Southbank Fish will host the store’s fresh fish offering, while ramen will be provided by Tonkotsu and Sfilatino will offer visitors freshly-made Italian sandwiches using ingredients sourced directly from Italy.

Exmouth Market-based coffee purveyors Caravan will be selling coffee alongside alternative almond and hemp mylks from Mylk Made Bar and cold-press juices from PRESS.

The Oyster and Champagne Bar will be replaced by Caviar House and Prunier, and Philippa Craddock will be selling fresh flowers and bouquets.

The story behind the products being sold will be displayed on blackboards, to give customers an insight into the producers and brands.

Nathan Herrmann, food and restaurants director said, “Selfridges as a business is constantly evolving and our FoodHall strives to be ahead of the curve with exciting first to market products that keeps us at the forefront of fashion.

“Our ethos hasn’t changed; we will constantly and consistently live our brand ethics, sourcing when in season, harnessing the craft of traditional butchery and green grocers, creating a diverse and interesting offer whilst providing customers to the FoodHall the authentic and premium experience they expect”.
