West County Trade Show to Feature Local Chefs

The show, which takes place from 15th – 16th April, focuses on producers, their produce and provenance. Visitors can sample the food and drink on offer, discover new trends and network with colleagues.

The 200 exhibitors will now be joined by award-winning chefs such as Richard Hunt, head chef at the Grand Hotel in Torquay, Benjamin Palmer, head chef at Barbican Kitchen, Tim Maddams, owner of Green Sauce, Tom Scade of Tides Restaurant in Rock and Diana Short, founder of Lick the Spoon.

Jennifer Trotman, marketing executive for Hale Events, said, “With all the smells, sounds and flavours, the show is quite literally a feast for the senses. From fish to game, vegetables to ice cream, coffee to beer and so much more, you’ll come to the show hungry for ideas and leave full of inspiration.”
