2 Make your windows work for you. Ensure yours display your brightest, seasonal stock decorated with some Christmas sparkle. Christmas lights draw attention as the night draws in. If you have a corner position, ensure that displays are angled to be easily visible from both directions.

3 Christmas tasters are popular with fatigued Christmas shoppers in need of refreshment. Aromatic hot toddies and warmed mince pies or other snacks will boost Christmas spirits and encourage festive spending. Use the tastings too to sell the pies and drink too, of course.
