We love Seggiano; we sell a few items from their oil and vinegar range but mostly olive oil, balsamic vinegars and glazes. We also sell Kentish Condiments’ rapeseed oil, flavoured rapeseed oils and salad dressings. And for that extra bit of something special, of course, truffle oils. I don’t think you can go wrong with Truffle Hunter’s oils which come in some smaller accessible price point sizes. These truffle oils sell as well in winter as they do in summer.
A brand that has been growing in popularity is Nojo and their yuzu and poke dressings are incredible, among their other products. We also use them in our kitchen frequently to really enhance sales. Lucy’s, although a bit more widely available, are also offering some interesting salad dressing flavours.
Chilli oil is of course a staple, and we offer Kentish Condiments’ chilli rapeseed, Seggiano’s chilli-flavoured EVOO and Banhoek’s fiery number, a staple for any home – it sells all year round.
