At less than 0.5% ABV and only 20 calories a serve, Bolle is a revolutionary drinking experience consisting of two ‘effortlessly effervescent’ brewed drinks (white and rose) that are bringing impetus to a ‘sober curious’ community, whilst reinvigorating a low/no wine category that has historically failed to ignite either the taste buds or imagination of an increasingly influential #mindfuldrinking fraternity. According to founder Roberto, “The single biggest challenge for low and no alcohol products is delivering great taste. Most incumbent ranges are created by de-alcoholization, a physical process which removes alcohol from the liquid. I opted for an entirely new direction, namely fermenting juices without producing alcohol.”
