By mixing old recipes with new dry curing methods we have created a delicious range of Biltong and Beef Jerky. Crafted on site in small batches from Prime cuts of lean Beef infused in a blend of specially selected spices and slowly dry air cured or gently smoked in our state of the art ovens.
