Keltic Gold - cider washed rind; Miss Muffet - washed curd mould rind; Trelawny - traditional farmhouse mould rind; Cornish Crumbly - creamy Lancashire style mould rind and Cornish Smuggler - attractive red veining mould rind and Miss Thymed -washed curd, with Cornish Sea Salt's Lemon and Thyme blend. Keltic gold and miss muffet have won 3 star gold at the great taste awards.

We have a small portfolio of excellent quality drinks made from Estate-grown fruit: blackcurrants, apples, grapes and raspberries that are grown nearby. Sparkling wine, Cassis and Framboise liqueurs and cider are the delicious end products. Guided Tours & Tastings by eBike are available.

The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885. We grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves, condiments, and other treats in our nut free factory by the farm.
