LA FROMAGERIE LONDON is passionate about food & wine, especially farmhouse cheese.  With over 34 years experience & a dedicated warehouse with Maturing Rooms to bring the cheeses to their optimal taste profile, we also have 3 Shops with our signature Walk-In Cheese Rooms, a Bar & Restaurant in Marylebone & Bloomsbury shops together with an Online & Wholesale division supplying some of the best restaurants, hotels & shops.  The Wholesale division has a team to give all the back up and knowledge you need to pass onto your customers.  We also lead the Academy Of Cheese education programme as a tutor partner which takes place in our Marylebone shop.

Long Clawson Dairy was established in 1912 as a farmer owned cooperative and today has over 30 supplier members, all located within 30 miles of the dairy based in Leicestershire. These farms supply milk to the dairy every day, our expert cheesemakers turn this high quality, traceable milk into delicious tasting, award winning, Blue Stilton®, White Stilton, Shropshire Blue & Rutland Red. We are also known for crafting an innovative range of blended cheeses such as Wensleydale & Cranberry, Caribbean Blazer & White Stilton, Mango & Ginger.
