Packaged in paper. Perfection.

Taking inspiration from 'Old Hardisty', a local pioneer in food since the 1400's, our smoked products are steeped in tradition. While we want to stay true to these traditional methods, our aim is to also bring in contemporary and interesting flavours to the range. At Old Hardisty, we take pride in creating some of the finest smoked and cured foods. Using the freshest ingredients from sources we know and trust, our products are smoked and cured in an artisan style, then carefully hand-packed in our smokery here in the Yorkshire Dales.

Using ethically sourced organic produce and a secret family recipe, it provides tasty, nutritious, solutions for busy, health-conscious people, that can now prepare healthier curries from the comfort of their homes in under 20 minutes.

Zaytoun is a social enterprise offering a range of quintessential premium products from Palestine - including extra virgin olive oil, Medjoul dates, almonds, freekeh and maftoul. We exist to support Palestinian producers through fair trade - 100% of our profits are reinvested into delivering this mission.
