Finca La Torre Selection Hojiblanca Organic and Biodynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Finca La Torre Selection Hojiblanca is the flagship extra virgin olive oil produced by Finca La Torre, ranked world's best organic olive farm 2019 by Flos Olei. Both organic and biodynamic (Demeter certified), it has won the Mario Solinas Quality Award of the International Olive Oil Council for 3 years in a row, 2014, 2015 and 2016 in its category (intense green fruitiness). In 2018, it won the extra gold medal by BIOL the international organic olive oil competition. It has one of the highest contents in polyphenols (main source of health benefits in olive oil) available in the market. It combines a strong herbal scent with a complex and harmonious taste with a very pleasant spiciness. It is particularly well suited to grilled meats, vegetables, soups and hard cheese. Some chefs have also used it on red fruits and berries.
