Anster Cheese is the only artisan farmhouse cheese made in the Kingdom of Fife. This unpasteurised cows milk cheese has a crumbly texture and a full-flavoured tang on the finish. Red Anster is its flavour-added counterpart - the same traditional recipe with added Annatto, Garlic and Chives. St Andrews Farmhouse - a full-flavoured unpasteurised cheddar style cheese - is the latest addition to the range.
